[原创]婺源汽糕
[原创]婺源汽糕原料:籼米9.5千克,娘粉(即水发粉)三勺(如没有水发粉,可用酒曲代替),豆芽、酱干、虾米、干豆角、笋、胡萝卜若干,食盐适量,食用油、葱、辣椒面备用。
制作:
一、将籼米洗净,浸泡半天或一天(视气温而定)。

二、将豆芽、酱干、干豆角、笋、胡萝卜切成粒状,将虾米、豆芽和酱干等炒熟。

三、将食用油伴入辣椒面,熬熟用作辣油备用。

三、傍晚,将浸泡的籼米磨成水粉。

五、凌晨3:30—4:00,在蒸屉上铺上一块布,浇上一层薄薄的水粉,撒上炒熟的菜馅,开始用蒸屉蒸汽糕。用旺火,花上4分钟蒸熟。
